I haven't received my ‘Forgot Password’ email
If you haven't received the password change email, please make sure of the following:
- Make sure you include the correct and registered email address
- In some cases, the user has to wait 5-15 minutes before the password change email is received
- If it's more than that time, try checking the Spam or Junk folder in the email you registered
- If it is still not there, please correspond by email to jakismartcity@jakarta.go.id
