I haven't received an email verification

If you haven't received a verification email for your new account, please make sure of the following:

• Make sure you register an account via email, not a Google account
• In some cases, the user has to wait 5-15 minutes before the account verification email is received
• If it's more than that time, try checking the Spam or Junk folder in the email you registered
• If it is still not there, please correspond by email to jakismartcity@jakarta.go.id
