About the JakLapor feature
JakLapor is a feature for reporting problems in Jakarta powered by geotagging ability, you can report problems in the capital city with 3 simple steps; take a picture, describe it, and send it. All reports made with JakLapor will be processed through the Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM) system to be followed up by Jakarta Provincial Government officials.
