Welcome to JAKI!

The terms and conditions set forth below govern the User services provided by JAKI, whether in the form of information, text, graphics, or other data, downloads, uploads, or use services (broadly referred to as data or content). Users are advised to read the following carefully because it can impact the rights and obligations of users under the law.

By registering and/or using the JAKI application, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents in the Terms & Conditions. Use and access to services requires an account that is connected to a Google account to be conditioned on the User's agreement and compliance with applicable terms. These Terms & Conditions are a form of agreement as outlined in a valid agreement between the User and JAKI application. If the User does not agree to one, some, or all of the contents of the Terms & Conditions, then the User is not permitted to use services on the JAKI application.

This agreement is valid from 22 June, 2019

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice. The User acknowledges and agrees that it is the User's responsibility to periodically review these Terms & Conditions to be aware of any changes. By continuing to access and use JAKI services, the User is deemed to have agreed to changes in the Terms & Conditions.

Prohibitions

Users can use JAKI services only for legitimate purposes. Users may not use JAKI services in any way that:

1. violates applicable local, national or international laws or regulations;
2. violates the law, commits fraud, or has an unlawful or deceptive purpose or effect;
3. harm or attempt to harm another individual or entity in any way;
4. reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without written permission from JAKI;
5. or will misuse verbally, physically, in writing, or other abuse (including threats of violence or retribution) from any JAKI user, employee, member or officer;

and the things mentioned above will result in termination of the account as soon as possible and will be processed into the realm of law.

Users must use JAKI services wisely, by avoiding words that:

1. are insults and/or derogatory terms;
2. offend ethnicity, race, religion and intergroup;
3. are pornographic in nature; and
4. invite provocation

and the things mentioned above will result in removal of content published on JAKI.

The user declares and guarantees that the user will not use the service to upload, post, provide links, e-mail, transmit or provide any material containing viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to interfere with, destroy , or limit the function of computer software or hardware or other telecommunications equipment. Users also will not upload or distribute computer programs that damage, disrupt, interrupt, or take over personal systems, data, or information. The User also declares and guarantees that the User will not interfere with the functions of the site in any way.

Privacy

User privacy is very important to us. Users of the service are subject to JAKI's privacy policy, which explains how JAKI collects and uses User's personal information.

Data Retention

JAKI will store User data (data or information that User gives to JAKI or that JAKI collects from the User, including User's personal data, both when the User registers on the application, accesses the application, or uses services on the application (hereinafter referred to as data)) on the main database server as long as the User's account is current and active. If the User deletes the User data, the system will immediately delete the User data permanently from the main database server. JAKI is not responsible for any loss or damage from the draft data that the User stores on the User's computing device and the data stored on our main database server that occurs as a result of improper use of our services. And we will not accommodate requests to recover data from our backup system unless there is data loss due to system or hardware failure on our part. There are no exceptions.

Termination of Service

The user agrees that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate User access to all or part of our services and resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, violations of these Terms & Conditions. Any activity that is suspected of being illegal, fraudulent or improper can be a reason to terminate the User's relationship and can be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. After suspension or termination, the User's right to use the resources we provide will immediately cease, and we have the right to delete any information that the User has in our files, including account or information when logging in.

Data Ownership

1. Users of JAKI services have the responsibility to ensure that Users have the rights or permissions needed for User content.
2. User retains ownership of User content. We do not claim intellectual property rights over material that Users provide to services. User profiles, data and other material uploaded will remain the property of the User.
3. JAKI does not filter or monitor content, but JAKI and those appointed have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or delete any content available through the service.

Service Modification

1. JAKI has the right at any time to modify or stop, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. JAKI will not be responsible to the User or to third parties for any modification, suspension or termination of service.

Disclaimer Guarantee

JAKI services and all elements are provided on an as-is basis without any warranty, expressed or implied. JAKI makes no guarantees or statements regarding the accuracy of the content that is on the service. JAKI does not guarantee that the service will operate or work without interruption or error free, or that the main database server or host server will be free of viruses or malicious code or other unexpected errors. JAKI makes no guarantees that the information presented on the service is current or accurate. Some countries and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on warranties, so the above restrictions may not apply to Users. The foregoing must be carried out to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

The user understands and agrees that JAKI will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to damage for loss of profit, use, data or other intangible losses (even if JAKI has been notified of the possibility damage), resulting from:

1. use or inability to use services;
2. unauthorized access or change of transmission or User data;
3. statements or behavior of third parties in JAKI services;
4. or anything else related to the service.

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is a real commitment of JAKI to respect and protect any data or personal information of JAKI application Users.

This Privacy Policy (along with the terms of use as stated in the 'Terms & Conditions' and other information contained in the JAKI application) establishes the basis for the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, appearance, disclosure, and / or any form of management related to Data or information that the User provides to JAKI or that JAKI collects from the User, including the User's personal data, both when the User registers on the application, accesses the application, and uses the services on the application (hereinafter referred to as 'data').

By accessing and/or using JAKI services, the User states that each User's data is correct and valid, and the User is assumed to have read, understood and gave consent to JAKI to obtain, collect, store, manage, and use the data as stated in Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions JAKI.

Acquisition and Collection of User Data

DO NOT collect User data for the purpose of managing and streamlining the site's use process, and any other purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law. The user data collected is as follows:

User submitted personally identifiable data, including but not limited to data submitted at the time of Users:

1. Create or update a JAKI account, including usernames (username), NIK Number, email address, telephone number, password, ID address, photo, etc. requested by JAKI;
2. Fill out surveys submitted by JAKI or on behalf of JAKI;
3. Interact with other Users through message features, discussions, reviews, ratings, and so on;
4. Use features that require access to the Users device.

Data recorded during User use of the JAKI app, including but not limited to:

1. Real or approximate location data such as IP address, Wi-Fi location, geolocation, and so on;
2. Data in the form of time for each User activity, including registration, login, and so on;
3. Data of all content that Users create, share, or submit in the form of audio, video, text, images, or other types of media or software files are provided on behalf of the User, including information on the content or about the content that the User provides, such as the location of photos Or file creation date;
4. Data related to topics read and feedback;
5. Data provided by others about Users when using services, including when they send messages to Users or upload information about Users;
6. Data of all communications with other users;
7. User usage data or preferences, including User interaction in using applications, saved options and selected settings. The data is obtained using cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers;
8. Device data, including types of devices used to access applications, hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, language options, unique device identifiers, ad identifiers, serial numbers, device movement information, and/or cellular network information;
9. Data log, including records on the server that received data such as the device IP address, date and time of access, application features or pages viewed, application work processes and other system activities, browser type, and/or Third Party sites or services Users use before interacting with the application;
10. Communication data, feedback, suggestions, and user ideas sent to us;
11. Data that a User provides when a User or organization contacts or interacts with us for support of related services.

Data obtained from other sources, including:

1. Name
2. Email address
3. Gender
4. Photo
5. User ID

JAKI can combine data obtained from these sources with other data in its possession.

Data usage

JAKI may use all or part of the data obtained and collected from Users as described in the preceding section for the following:

1. Processing all requests and activities made by Users through the application.
2. Provision of features to provide, promote, maintain, and improve our services, including:

1. Offer, acquire, provide, or facilitate the services and/or other products whether sourced from JAKI or the Third Party;
2. Enable features to personalize JAKI User accounts, such as Like, Share, Bookmark; and/or
3. Perform internal activities necessary to provide services to JAKI sites / applications, such as software troubleshooting, bugs, operational issues, data analysis, testing and research, and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends.

1. Contacting Users via email, letter, telephone, fax, etc., including but not limited, to assist and/or process constraints.
2. Use information obtained from Users for research, analysis, development and testing purposes to improve the security and security of services on the application, and to develop features on the application.
3. Inform users about services, studies, surveys, news, the latest developments, events and others, both through the application and through other media. JAKI may also use this information to present relevant content about JAKI services.
4. Conduct monitoring or investigation of suspicious content or interactions that indicate violations of the Terms & Conditions or applicable legal provisions, and take necessary actions as a follow-up to the results of monitoring or investigating the transaction.

In certain circumstances, JAKI may need to use or disclose User data for law enforcement purposes or to fulfill applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including in the event of a dispute or legal process between the User and JAKI.

Disclosure of User's Personal Data

JAKI guarantees that there will be no sale, transfer, distribution or lending of User's personal data to other Third Parties, without the permission of the User, except in the following cases:

1. Required disclosure of User data to partners or other Third Parties who assist JAKI in presenting services to the application and processing all forms of User activity in the application, including processing transactions, verifying payments, shipping products, and others.
2. JAKI may provide relevant information to Third Parties in accordance with the User's agreement to use Third Party services, including applications or other sites that have integrated the API (Application Programming Interface) or its services.
3. There is a need for communication between the Third Party and the User in terms of resolving obstacles as well as other matters.
4. JAKI can provide relevant information to vendors, consultants, research firms, or similar service providers.
5. Users contact JAKI through public media such as blogs, social media, and certain features of the application, communication between Users and JAKI may be viewable publicly.
6. JAKI may share User information with its subsidiaries and affiliates to help provide services or perform data processing for and on behalf of JAKI.
7. JAKI discloses User data in an effort to comply with legal obligations and/or legal requests from law enforcement officials.

Cookies

1. Cookies are small files that will automatically take space in the User's device that performs the function of saving User's preferences and configuration while visiting a site.
2. These cookies are not intended to be used when accessing other data that the User has on the User's computer device, other than those that the User has agreed to submit.
3. Although automatically the User's computer device will accept cookies, the User can make the choice to make modifications through the User's browser settings by choosing to reject cookies (this option can limit the optimal service when accessing the site).
4. JAKI uses the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest feature. The data we obtain from these features, such as age, gender, user interests, etc., will be used for the development of JAKI sites and content. If you don't want User data to be tracked by Google Analytics, Users can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
5. JAKI may use features provided by third parties in order to improve the services and content of JAKI, including adjusting and presenting advertisements to each user based on interest or visit history. If the user does not want the ad to be displayed based on these adjustments, the user can set it through a browser.

User Choice and Transparency

1. Cellular devices in general (android and so on) have settings so that the JAKI application cannot access certain data without the consent of the User. The Android device will notify the User when the JAKI application is first loaded. By using the application and giving access to the application, the User is deemed to give his consent to the Privacy Policy.
2. After the content is created, Users have the opportunity to give an assessment and review of each other's account. This information may be publicly available with the User's consent.
3. Users can access and change information in the form of e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, address list, through the Settings feature of the application.
4. Users can withdraw from information or notifications in the form of newsletters, reviews, content discussions, private messages, or private messages from the Admin sent by JAKI through the Settings feature of the application. JAKI can still send messages or emails in the form of transaction information or information related to the User's account.
5. To the extent permitted by applicable conditions, Users can contact JAKI to withdraw approval from the acquisition, collection, storage, management and use of User data. If so, the User understands the consequences that the User cannot use JAKI application services.

Retention and Deletion of Information

JAKI will store information as long as the User's account remains active and can carry out deletion in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legal regulations.

Privacy Policy Update

JAKI may at any time make changes or updates to this Privacy Policy. JAKI recommends that Users read carefully and check this Privacy Policy page from time to time to learn of any changes. By continuing to access and use JAKI application services, the User is deemed to have agreed to changes in the Privacy Policy.
