Using the functions in the JakRespons feature

The JakRespons feature has several functions that you can use, including:

• Set: You can choose to see reports based on time, namely the newest or the oldest. You can also adjust the number of comments and support
• Filter: This function is used when you want to see citizen reports according to the report date, report status, and report’s location. You only need to choose among them according to your need.
• List and Grid: You can customize the report view on JakRespons in the form of a horizontal list or grid or horizontal.
