Pending, Coordination, Disposition, Process, and Completed statuses on report

There are various status reports on JakRepons that you should know, that is:

• Waiting= your report is waiting for a response from the Regional Government Organization (OPD) to be handled
• Coordination= the report is being communicated by one OPD to another OPD responsible for the report
• Disposition= report is instructed by an agency to subordinate sub-offices to immediately follow up on the report. For example, the Water Resources Office to the West Jakarta Water Resources Office
• Process= the problem you reported is being followed up
• Completed= the report has been handled
