Apa itu EWS dan mengapa laporan saya dikenakan EWS?
EWS atau Estimasi Waktu Selesai adalah tahap tindak lanjut laporan yang dinyatakan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama. Hal ini bisa jadi karena bobot laporan yang besar sehingga tidak bisa diselesaikan dalam waktu singkat.
